Returns

We currently do not accept returns for general purchases, including those made due to sizing preferences or change of mind.

💡 Sizing Tip: We provide detailed size descriptions on all product listings to help you find the perfect fit. For kids, when in doubt — we always recommend sizing up!

Incorrect or Damaged Items

While we strive for perfection, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

⚠️ Please Note: We are unable to issue replacements based on sizing preferences alone. Replacements are only available for items that are confirmed incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

How to Submit a Correction Request

To request a replacement for an incorrect or damaged item, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us Send an email to coolbeanzflag@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your reason for the correction request
  • A clear photo of the incorrect or damaged item

❗ Important: We are unable to process any replacement requests without photo documentation. Please ensure your photos clearly show the issue with the item.

Step 2 — We Process Your Replacement Once we receive and verify your request, we will submit a new order with the necessary corrections. Your replacement item will be processed and dispatched within 72 hours.

Step 3 — Keep the Original Item There is no need to return the original item. It's yours to keep!

Refunds

We currently do not offer monetary refunds on any orders. All sales are considered final.
